6. Shipping and Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery across Kenya. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability and external factors.
Shipping fees, where applicable, will be shown during checkout.
Once the package leaves our facility, delivery is handled by our courier partners. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather or regional conditions.
7. Returns and Exchanges
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item meets the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
Items that show signs of misuse or physical damage cannot be accepted.
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item and issued through the original payment method.
8. Warranty
New devices include a manufacturer warranty as indicated on the product page. Refurbished devices follow the warranty terms provided during purchase.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Accidental damage or liquid damage is not covered.
